Role Description:
- Partner and maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Support all departments with financial analysis and insights to highlight areas of concerns or support of commercial decision making.
- Review P&L’s, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability
- Strengthen financial capabilities and use data-driven insights to support growth opportunities.
- Evaluate trade performance, commercial proposals, assist in cost control.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
- Calculation of company performance metrics.
- Support pricing analysis to determine the optimal price for company products.
- Support the Company’s strategic activities such as ERP implementation or M&A.
- Create and maintain power BI and other performance dashboards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Big 4 or Mid-tier 1st mover or had prior public accounting experience
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Excellent systems knowledge (Dynamics 365 & Power BI)
- Strong process improvement experience
- Excellent attention to detail, exceptional research, analytical and data interpretation skills
- Go-getter attitude. Original thinker. Ability to work autonomously with little guidance and work with ambiguity.
