Commercial Partnerships manage a portfolio of white labelled distribution partnerships which add to the product offerings of the Suncorp Group (Life, Health and Pet Insurance).
The Partner Marketing Lead is responsible for working with our distribution partners marketing representatives, internal agency partners and digital stakeholders to drive growth and marketing ROI for each partnership.
The key objective of this role is to plan, facilitate and oversee the development and effective end to end delivery of the Partner Marketing and digital programs, in collaboration with our partners to achieve agreed commercial outcomes.
You will have a broad background in marketing and digital and will be an enabler and advocate for the partnership portfolio within Suncorp.
More specifically, you will:
The role is the primary interface between Suncorp Group marketing teams, digital teams and external partners stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and alignment while ensuring seamless delivery of commercial marketing outcomes and digital updates to websites as required.
- Collaborating with Suncorp Brand and Customer Experience, Commerical Partnerships and external stakeholders to leverage the brand portfolio and deliver operational and performance excellence.
- Work closely with Digital Content & Website Experience, Risks, Legal and Partner teams to coordinate relevant changes to our digital assets for each partnership.
- Plan and oversee the development of go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the partnership portfolio, market and competitor environment to inform continual marketing optimisation.
- Co-develop the annual Partner Marketing plans with partners.
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing team to define & deliver Customer Marketing strategy.
- Manage Partner Marketing performance reporting including sales and campaign effectiveness.
- Being an advocate and subject matter expert for partner driven marketing programs.
- Oversee the review and approval of Partner Marketing material including legal and risk reviews.
- Work with partners to manage creative and media relationships to track performance, increase efficiencies and achieve deliverables.
- Drive strong working relationships with marketing and distribution peers (digital and direct).
- Manage robust governance processes to support Partner Marketing programs.
- Support external partners with guidance on brand strategy and guidelines.
- Improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness through defined marketing programs that enable frequency of contact and information exchange in collaboration with partners and Suncorp Group's Customer Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.
- Deploy pragmatic solutions to deliver value for Suncorp, partners and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing related field (Desired)
- Intermediate experience in a related marketing field required that demonstrates a proficient understanding of end-to-end marketing execution, marketing strategy, customer engagement strategies, brand governance and partner management.
- Proficient knowledge and application of commercial acumen and results focussed outcomes;
- Capability managing and delivering brand and marketing strategy and programs across multiple channels, including data driven marketing;
- Proficient knowledge of managing third party partnerships;
- Capability engaging with both internal and external senior stakeholders;
- Capability building strong relationships, aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals, and successfully motivating people toward shared outcomes.
- Capability operating within complex, regulated business environments, and in managing a wide variety of work streams;
