Job description

This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Melbourne office.
About you
You're an active listener and a determined person who thrives in a collaborative environment like ours. You want to use your skills to help others progress, whether that's internally with your team or seeing the impact your work can have on people around the world as you help us expand into new markets. You're ready for a challenge and aren't afraid to try new ideas.
About this role
Udemy Business is looking to hire a Partner Success Manager who will manage our new and existing reseller partners in the APAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to help the business development team build the foundation for our strategic partnership engagements in the APAC region and you'll be working directly with the regional Head of Partnerships.
This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office) based in Melbourne, Australia, and will report to the Global Head of Partner Sales & Success.
What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the successful enablement, implementation, and launch of new reseller and channel partners in APAC.
  • Manage existing reseller partners in the region and serve as the Partner Success Manager and main point of contact for all sales and program related activities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head of Partnerships to set revenue goals with partners and manage pipeline.
  • Qualify partner leads and distribute them to the right person on the sales team to follow up.
  • Maintain data quality of lead submissions and partner pipeline. Provide co-selling support to Udemy AEs and partners as-needed during the sales cycle.
  • Participate in regular cadence of business and sales pipeline review meetings with partners, in addition to leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as a communication liaison between Udemy and our partners by proactively sharing and communicating company announcements, key product, content & marketing updates, product launches, and industry insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration management across sales, customer success, operations, marketing, content, engineering, product, legal, and other teams.
This role will also see you involved with:
  • Building and delivering our partner onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Engaging in deal support, share product feedback, and provide marketing resources to partners as-needed.
  • Supporting the BD team with other projects as needed.
What you'll have
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, account management or customer success, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Google Docs/Sheets, Asana, and other CRM/project management tools.
  • Fluency in English, with multilingual fluency a strong preference.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of concepts related to technical integrations (e.g., Single Sign-On, APIs, feature customization, etc.).
  • Consulting, L&D, and/or EdTech industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company. Even if you think your background might not perfectly align, we'd love to hear from you!
