About the role:
As the Partnerships and Events specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of Hostplus partnerships and related event activities, including maintenance of partnership relationships, assisting in the delivery of effective partnership governance, execution of partnership agreements, development and maintenance of associated partnership documentation and record keeping for auditing purposes. As well as delivery of events and exhibition activations including liaison with venue providers and suppliers.
Working closely with the Partnership and Events Manager and the broader Marketing team, you will ensure that Hostplus derives optimum value from its partnership agreements by ensuring that:

The Partnership and Events Specialist will be the key contact for the Brand, Content and Design, Member Experience and Client Services team, acting as a gateway for the business in engaging with our partnership portfolio. A passion for excellence, exemplary attention to detail and stakeholder management experience is highly regarded, as are time management skills and the ability to take direction.
About you:
  • Experience in project management or campaign management
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven with ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, partners and associated priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with an ability to build rapport and influence
  • High level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • Outcome focused, with high levels of drive and motivation
  • Organisational and time management expertise with ability to adhere to tight deadlines, where necessary
  • Confident, positive, proactive approach and can embrace change and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with impact in both written and verbal form
  • Resourceful, resilient and confident with sound decision-making skills.
  • Able to think laterally and beyond expectations or convention. You should be able to bring new ideas to life.
Why work for us:
