Partnership Specialist - 11 Month Max Term Contract

THE ICONIC Partnership team is responsible for managing relationships with a variety of partner brands across Australia and New Zealand. The team works to understand our partners' objectives and, in response, proactively develops and executes commercial marketing opportunities to assist with meeting these. We are currently looking for a Partnership Specialist to join us on a 11 Month Max Term Contract.
This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager - Brand, works closely with the broader Marketing, Tech and Category Management teams to bring our brand partner marketing plans and owned media strategy to life. This role will focus on supporting the Partnerships team in the planning and execution of Brand Partnerships activity and/or campaigns.
What's involved…

• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key brand and brand partner projects.
• Support the team with fulfilment of brand partner marketing activity; including but not limited to coordination of activity in marketing planning docs, managing contract and budgets, post campaign reporting, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage brand partners - Lead strong, collaborative relationships with marketing teams at brands.
• Build brand partner marketing plans to deliver on THE ICONIC and brand partner objectives.
• Secure brand partnerships revenue for marketing activities.
• Assist in development of creative briefs and marketing plans that utilise consumer, shopper, category and customer data and insights to deliver activity for THE ICONIC and brand partners
• Analyse data and provide insights and reporting for campaigns, to internal stakeholders and brand partners
• Lead marketing campaigns, strategic projects and brand partner management where
• Manage communication of day-to-day activity with key stakeholders & brand partners
• Build collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders through integrity and trust

About you…

• Experience in executing Partnerships campaigns and/or activity
• Experience Project Managing campaigns and/or Partnerships activities
• Exceptional at building relationships both internally and externally
• Experience working in/supporting campaigns
• Basic understanding of key digital marketing channels and their role in the marketing mix
• Experience collating PCRs including understanding of how-to translate data and insights into actionable plans
• Experience working and collaborating in large cross functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever evolving environment
• Positive, collaborative mindset; a team player
• eCommerce retail or media experience is desirable.
