The Team Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Customer and Digital Innovation Division by providing administrative assistance to the Chief Customer and Digital Innovation Officer and the Senior Leadership team. This involves managing schedules, handling general administrative tasks, and supporting various operational activities.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for an individual with a sound background in administrative support who is ready to handle administrative tasks and improve office efficiency. This position will focus on supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism at all organisational levels.
- Strong integrity and discretion, particularly in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Experience preparing meeting agendas and organising meeting materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A background in Business Administration or similar field is preferred.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and the capability to manage multiple tasks.
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Act as the point of contact for the Executive, and filter both internal and external enquiries that are directed to the Executive.
- Extensive diary management, coordinating appointments and prioritising meetings.
- Coordination of events and travel arrangements as required.
- General high level administrative support to the Executive and Leadership Team
- Process Executive expenses in a timely manner.
- Preparation for meetings, including timely distribution of relevant information to all attendees, minute taking and follow up as required.
- Support the broader C&DI Division with general office management and co-ordination.
