The role
The Partnership & Events Lead is key to the success of the promotion of Incolink's brand and growth within the commercial building and construction industry.
This role focuses on building relationships with partner organisations to gain maximum impact for the Incolink brand. The role is responsible for maintaining valuable partnerships including the coordination of our sponsorship program and Events.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing and Partnerships as part of the Brand, Marketing and Partnerships Team, this position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders that includes staff, dignitaries and VIPs at all levels so demonstrated diplomacy, exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
Some ‘work from home’ days are available.

Accountabilities
Employ your passion to:
• Coordinate our Sponsorship and Donations program to support key industry partners; and in consultation with the Head of Brand and Marketing, develop strategy maximise return on investment from that program.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with partners on the deliver of sponsored activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage Incolink resources when developing partnership proposals.
• Attend and coordinate meetings with partners and internal stakeholders with a focus on creative and effective outcomes.
• Manage Incolink's participation in external sponsored events and internally generated events. Liaise with internal stakeholders in the planning and delivery of events, develop and maintain a calendar of events that support sponsored and Incolink's own events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to explore expansion opportunities and strengthen partner relationships in new markets.
• Responsible for the development of and contribution to marketing plans and campaigns and communications material. Supporting events, including attendance, photography/video for social media.
Skills / Experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes, systems, structure and nuances
- Synthesise a range of ideas and competing priorities and develop clear and sensible options able to achieve desired objectives.
- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to write for different audiences.
Required:
• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline and/or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in event planning, management and delivery, including event infrastructure procurement.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills: capable of listening and assimilating information from others, identifying various potential outcomes and consequences with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills with an ability to implement and monitor project plans and timelines, regularly communicate with stakeholders.

15.75% superannuation, 35 hour week, additional 5 days leave, and other benefits.
