Your ultimate success will come from your inspirational drive to engage and form mutually beneficial commercial partnerships and relationships and manage them though to execution ongoing.

Here’s what it will take
  • You've got the right background: You are a reputable Partnerships Manager (or similar) and proven in your ability to identify commercial opportunities, to open doors, to connect at the right level, to present/explore a beneficial concept and then be able to  commercialise this thought and manage through to partnership execution. Although not essential, those with an understanding of health/digital health, community pharmacy, healthcare and similar will be highly regarded
  • You are educated: ideally in Marketing, Commerce, Business/Project Management
  • Your stakeholder and relationships management skills are ‘next level:’ You have a natural ability to approach, influence and engage a diverse internal and external stakeholder network. You inspire with ease, and you can drive and lead change, with people and partners, always on your journey
  • You're exceptionally organised and your project management skills are proven: as is your incredibly high attention to detail
  • You back yourself as do others: You are commercial, a problem solver, are one to come up with brilliant ideas and are a naturally strong decision maker
  • You are accomplished in your own right. You have a knack for spotting opportunities, and you can form and leverage deep trusted relationships to commercialise unique mutually beneficial partnerships on a large scale, which are a win-win for both
  • You have vision: You can plan for today and for the future
  • You create points of differences and have a results-driven mentality: Need we say more
  • You are authentic and down to earth: this oozes from your every pore
  • You take a non-hierarchical approach: you are prepared and comfortable getting your hands dirty as much as you are performing the strategic and high-level relationship management aspects of the role
