The Company

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Brand, this varied position will play a big part in the company's strategic vision and success. You will be required to maintain ongoing relationships and engage with existing stakeholders to assist with procurement of products, financials and services.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Identify and manage long term partnerships by maintaining consistent and ongoing positive relationships with stakeholders
- Develop rights and benefits for associated partnerships and ensure successful fulfillment ahead of events
- Identify new potential supporters and partners while optimising up selling opportunities
- Collaborate with Head of Partnerships to draft and deliver proposals, letters, contracts and documents for partners
- Work with procurement and operations team to identify suitable suppliers for event consumables and equipment
- Procure materials, products, sponsorships and monetary donations from associated partners
- Coordinate and complete ad hoc related tasks relevant to stakeholder recognition, social media and on the day event delivery
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Experience within a high volume Account Management/Inside Sales/Relationships or Partnerships position
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with an apt for financial awareness
- Proven experience with market research and reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive nature
