Coochie Resources is the franchisor for Coochie HydroGreen, Australia’s leading lawn care franchise. We provide regular lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties across the country, resulting in healthier, greener lawns that make for some amazing before and after photos! What started out as a hobby for a couple of brothers from Yass is now a successful, profitable franchise in over 130 regions across Australia, servicing over 30,000 customers and we’re not stopping here. We have big plans to further expand our client base in both current and new service regions across Australia and we are looking for someone to join us on the journey.

There is a new and exciting strategy to grow the business and we need a team member who is able to support new and existing franchisees with their business operations, growth, cares deeply about their long-term success and can ensure they have everything they need to reach their potential.
The key to supporting our franchisees is building a great relationship with them, ensuring they understand the systems and processes required to run the business, and helping them implement marketing strategies. Our CEO and Marketing Manager will support and mentor you to learn all aspects required to achieve success in running a business including, sales, operations, technical, administration, people management and marketing which in turn will give you the skills that will enable you to apply your new skill across any industry.
This is a role that will give you amazing hands-on experience in business which will be attractive to any future employer. There’s also huge potential for growth to more senior positions in this business if you are successful.
This role will have lots of variety and some of the regular responsibilities include:
- Franchisee onboarding including system set up, marketing, customer service and administration training.
- Assessing franchisee compliance.
- Regular meetings with franchisees to discuss their marketing activity, suggest improvements or new initiatives and celebrate their wins!
- Collating monthly reports to assess effectiveness of marketing strategies, using customer, sales and accounting data from all franchisees.
- Monthly collation, review and analysis of franchisee results. Including attending franchisee performance reviews with Management to drive franchisee performance.
- Assistance in franchisee event planning.
- Ad-hoc assistance to the franchise CEO, Marketing Manager and other team members.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have an interest and experience in marketing to help our franchisees build their businesses from the ground up.
- Communication and presentation skills are a must. We want someone on our team who backs the brand and the business of the franchisor but is also able to understand and be honest with our franchisees to help them achieve their business goals under the franchise structure.
- Organised, takes pride in their work and has the ability to balance and communicate priorities.
- Be confident, personable, and friendly in order to grow the already strong relationship between franchisor and franchisees.
- Hold a current drivers licence and be comfortable travelling a few times a year to support our franchisees in person, or to attend our regional or national events such as conferences.
- You don’t need any specific experience in our industry or have worked with franchisees in the past. We are looking for someone that loves building relationships, a team player and is willing to learn about this unique business.
- Experience in an office environment is ideal and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

- Please note that the salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 inclusive of superannuation. The salary range will be dependent on the candidate's previous experience and suitability for the role.
