About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to work with one of our local civil construction client. This position is temporary to permanent opportunity with a Monday to Friday roster with a half day Saturday. This role offers a work vehicle and work phone will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ordering/ collecting of parts and consumables as required for servicing and repairs of company fleet.
Responsible for the upkeep of internal parts/store; organising & cleaning, including stock control and inventory stock kept to a minimum depending on frequency of usage
Responsible for updating / data entry of internal company documentation; Fleet Service spreadsheet, job card spreadsheet, pre-starts fault spreadsheet etc as well as filing hard copies, updating machine files/information with part numbers etcâ¦
Management of bulk diesel for company use; including fixed and transportable tanks monitoring usage and obtaining quotes/ organising delivery- in coordination with project supervision / senior management
Skills and Experience:
Excel skills required
Prior experience in similar role and/or mechanical / parts
Admin/ data entry requirement
