Parts Interpreter/Stock Controller
Scotts Hydraulic Services are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter.
The role is a full time position and combines all aspects of spare parts, including customer service, supplier orders and stock control.
Duties will involve but are not limited to the following:
* Providing spare parts, product information, advice and service (products we sell: seals, brass fittings, hydraulic fittings, pneumatic fittings, hosing)
* Preparing customers quotes, sales orders and processing of payments
* Liasing with suppliers and ordering goods
* Attending to counter sales and answering phone calls
* Ordering of stock and custom orders
*Stocktake
Key requirements for the role are:
* Parts Interpretation Experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Be computer literate
* Some understanding of mechanical terminology
The applicant will be required to manufacture hydraulic hoses and brake lines etc. On the job training will be provided.
