We are looking for a talented Parts Interpreter to join our fantastic team in Leeton, NSW!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintains a relationship by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner
- Parts interpretation and the provision of required parts
- Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner
- Advise on part suitability and talk customers through the best solution for the job
- Carries out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing and processing paperwork and handling check, and credit card transactions
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Parts interpreter experience required
- Engine knowledge is an advantage
- Previous Customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to learn new software and processes
- Able to prioritise complex tasks and troubleshoot
- High attention to detail, and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills required
- Forklift ticket would be highly desirable
- Valid car drivers license is required
- Able to work well in a team situation
Compensation and Benefits
- Monday to Friday, 7.54am – 4pm (Occasional Saturday)
- Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
