Role Overview: As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling retail parts sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. From managing orders and maintaining inventory to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, you will be a key contributor to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle retail parts sales across EEA Group brands – Bandit Tree Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment Australia, Case, Merlo, and Thwaites.
- Maintain a professional and timely communication standard with clients from inquiry to completion.
- Strive to surpass the monthly expectations set by the Parts Manager.
- Order parts through suppliers to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with other parts staff for stock ordering to achieve industry-standard 1st pick success rates.
- Conduct major stock takes at the end of the financial year and weekly ongoing audit checks.
- Execute processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Adhere to all parts department processes and maintain cleanliness in the parts area, including receiving/dispatch areas.
- Comply with all Health & Safety measures outlined by the company.
- Assist in parts stock put away, dispatch, and maintenance of stock, including location setup.
