About the Role
The Customer Strategy and Communications division within PTA is seeking a dynamic Passenger Information Officer to play a key role in providing administrative and contract support, alongside coordinating Passenger Information. This multifaceted position operates within a vibrant team responsible for nurturing both the PTA and Transperth brands. If you possess a passion for marketing, communications, and events, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
About you
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience delivering customer-centric administrative and office support services.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a PR, communications, advertising or marketing department.
We currently have one fixed term position available for immediate filling until June 2026, with the possibility of extension and / or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in the pool for 12 months from which permanent and fixed term appointements will be made.
