About the Role
The Customer Strategy and Communications division within PTA is seeking a dynamic Passenger Information Officer to play a key role in providing administrative and contract support, alongside coordinating Passenger Information. This multifaceted position operates within a vibrant team responsible for nurturing both the PTA and Transperth brands. If you possess a passion for marketing, communications, and events, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
About you
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience delivering customer-centric administrative and office support services.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a PR, communications, advertising or marketing department.

Beyond technical proficiency, we seek candidates who can showcase exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal finesse, including the capacity to craft precise written materials with a high degree of accuracy. Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is integral to the success of this role to.
We currently have one fixed term position available for immediate filling until June 2026, with the possibility of extension and / or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in the pool for 12 months from which permanent and fixed term appointements will be made.
