Pastry Chef

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Pastry Chef for a flight catering team located at Coolangatta Airport. This role offers Day Shifts across Monday – Friday with on-the-job training.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Working in food production environment making muffins, slab cakes, brownies, mousses etc.
• Ensuring quality of all products
• Use of industrial kitchen and baking equipment
• Manual handling
• General cleaning

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

• Cert 3 in Patisserie – minimum requirement 
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef
• Have great verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Availability to work on both rostered and on call shifts
