The Opportunity
We are currently seeking talented Pastry Chef to join the team atReine & La Rue on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager and driven chef to join a professional kitchen that is dedicated to the development of their team.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Relevant qualification and/or 2+ years experience in casual or premium dining kitchens
- Knowledge of French cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in pastry production and quality and consistency control
- Experience with plated desserts and a strong eye for detail
- Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
- Availability to work a rotating roster
