Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in creating, preparing, and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts.
- Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastry items.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair and a passion for pastry arts.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
