About the role
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef with 3 - 4 years working with fine-dining cuisine to support our Head Chef in curating an exquisite tasting menu.
The right candidate will have a great passion for food and be excited to provide guests with an unmatched culinary and dining experience.
You will have a wide range of preparation and cooking skills, be familiar with the operation of a busy kitchen, strong knowledge of produce and techniques, with the ability to prepare and create beautiful dishes.
Candidates with the right experience may be considered for the Head Pastry position.

Skills and experience
- Sound knowledge of commercial pastry kitchen environment, with relevant pastry and culinary qualifications.
- 3-4 years experience in fine-dining / commercial pastry
- Confident understanding of contemporary dining principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, well-presented team player
- Genuine desire to progress your career and continue to learn
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Reliable transport to Main Ridge, VIC
