Pastry Chef/Cook

Qualified Pastry Chef with all round baking skills required at Brumbys Margaret River Go, situated in SW-WA's beautiful capes district.

Fair Work National Employment Standard.

- $70,000 pa/ Cert III qualified + 3 years experience for Full/ time position with early starts;

- Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products;

- Mix, rest and bake full range of breads;

- Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices;

- Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed;

- Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes.
