Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have multiple opportunities for Trade qualified Pastrycooks with Plant Bakery experience to join our team of pie-loving individuals in Keilor Park, VIC and be part of baking history.

Our people are the icing on the cake! You will be working with a friendly team that is incredibly welcoming and passionate about everything baking.

In this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilising a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product.

Core duties:

• Produce a range of pastry and cake products utilising your trade skills and Plant Bakery experience.
• Set-up and monitor production to maximise quality and minimise waste.
• Ensure production targets are met whilst ensuring HACCP quality and safety adherence at all times.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement and team effectiveness.

Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your area is clean and maintained at all times.

Please note: public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here. As a food company we do require proof of double covid-19 vaccination.
