We are seeking suitably qualified applicants for casual Phlebotomist roles in our Pathology Collection Centres located in Perth’s Central Suburbs.
The primary focus of this role is on the collection of blood and other samples from patients in accordance with our procedures while providing the patient with exceptional, professional customer service.
The successful applicant must:
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or have significant phlebotomy experience;
- Hold an AS4308 qualification;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service;
- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team with a high degree of accuracy and precision;
- Be computer literate;
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Hold a WA Drivers License and be able to travel through the Central region from Morley to Cottesloe
Previous experience in pathology and a current first aid certificate is desirable.
All appointments are made subject to the candidate providing COVID-19, Influenza, Hep B, MMR, DTP and Varicella Immunisation records and a National Police Clearance.
