- Future Learners - approx. 100 FTE
- Current Learners - approx. 100 FTE
- Operations - approx. 25 FTE (excludes casuals)
Detailed DescriptionAbout the roleThe Officer works closely with the Coordinator, International Pathway Development Coordinator to support the development and management of existing and new Pathway Programs for the purpose of international student recruitment to UTS.This position enables operations that are of a high quality, efficient and compliant with relevant pathway program policies of the university. The position is critical in providing quality support to the International Pathway Programs team to achieve pathway student recruitment targets of the University.If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct background checks and market research on prospective overseas institutions for pathway opportunities and present data collected to the Coordinator to facilitate decision making.
- Support the Coordinator in the ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders on developing and managing Pathway Programs.
- Contribute to annual engagement plans for faculties and partners including Pathway Partners Development Program (PPDP) and participate in the execution of engagement activities.
- Coordinate schedules and visits for UTS stakeholders to pathway partner institutions and vice versa.
- Oversee pathway application inquiries from students and pathway partners, provide support to establish a smooth operation of admission, enrolment and support process for pathway students.
Remuneration/SalaryRemuneration & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $92,851 to $100,534 pa (HEW 6)This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of Employee Benefits include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.This position is a full-time, and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
