Help shape the future of children in our care:

You will be based at our Kedron office and will work provide administrative support to C&K business partners and the Qualification Pathways Program team.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

  • Monitoring QPP inbox, triaging emails and ensuring adequate response promptly.
  • Receiving and managing QPP phone call inquiries and delegate if required.
  • Collecting, managing, and recording data of the QPP scholars.
  • Supporting scholars with QPP inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
  • Supporting QPP scholar questions on their scholarship plan and study contract.
  • Providing administrative support to the QPP team as required.
  • Liaising with C&K business partners when needed.
  • Managing QPP meetings and disrupt minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining all QPP documentation including forms, registers, and workflows.
  • Providing information to C&K staff about the QPP guidelines and subsidy eligibility when required.
  • Managing data collection at QPP reporting periods. (6 monthly)
  • Updating QPP information on C&K Intranet page.
  • Working in partnership with C&K business partners to consolidate data for QPP reporting requirements.  

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

Essential:

  • Significant experience in office administration tasks.
  • Demonstrated high level report writing skills and oral communication skills together with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products with the ability to learn new software applications as required.
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • A working knowledge and understanding of government funding and its application.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of inclusion support practices in an early childhood setting.
  • A general understanding of disabilities, medical conditions and behaviors to assist with assessment for inclusion funding.
