Your role will be to ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels as well as monitoring and reacting to patient feedback. On offer will be permanent, full-time positions. More Specifically, you will:Perform Customer Service duties for both face to face and via telephoneBe part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient services of the highest quality;Respond to and resolve issues and provide a prompt service in line with expectations;Work with colleagues and other administrative staff to achieve efficient and effective management of the patient journey throughout the Practice.
