Our client is a leading Plastic Surgery and otolaryngology clinic dedicated to enhancing the beauty and confidence of their patients as well restoring form and function.
Role Overview:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through their journey with warmth and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments
- Providing information about procedures, quotations, and pre/post-operative care
- Surgical billing, invoicing, banking, reconciliations, submission of theatre lists
- Assisting patients with paperwork and insurance claims
- Ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish
- Answering post-operative inquiries from patients and passing on information from Dr Roth when needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for patients' needs and concerns
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a surgical practice
- Knowledge of electronic health systems (eg Genie, Xestro, Clinic to Cloud or others)
