Your Role:
As a Patient Services Administrator working in our Sunnybank clinic, you will:

• Work as a Medical Receptionist.
• Assist the Patient Services Manager in the daily operation of our clinic.
• Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

As a Patient Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step.
Qualifications and skills we value:

• Dedicated Experience: A minimum of 6 months in health/medical administration
• Patient Focus: A minimum of 6 months in customer service.

• Industry Know-How: Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
• Communication Mastery: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
