ABOUT THE ROLE:
In the role of Patient Success Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction at easykind. Based in our Melbourne office, with the flexibility of working from home, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Success Management team and collaborating closely with our practitioners and wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance patient relationships, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare practitioners, focusing on individual needs.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain patient records and manage scheduling for tele-health appointments.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with easykind's values.
- Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.
- Regular reporting on patient feedback and care outcomes.
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to patient coordination.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare, patient care, or a related customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, CRM tools, and tele-health platforms.
