Position Overview:
As a Patient Support Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. Based in our Melbourne office, with the flexibility of working from home, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Success Manager and collaborating closely with our sales team to help support patients on starting their journey into plant based medicine. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.Β
(Please note: this is an entry level role and customer service training will be provided on the job).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to patient coordination.
- Manage and enhance patient relationships, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare practitioners, focusing on individual needs.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain patient records and manage scheduling for tele-health appointments.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with Easykind's values.
- Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.
- Regular reporting on patient feedback and care outcomes.
