We currently have 2.1 FTE available to appoint to permanently from 13 August 2024.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, and fixed term part time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 18/06/2025.

In late 2020 the WA Government announced that full operation of the Peel Health Campus would transfer to South Metropolitan Health Service on the completion of the current contract with existing private operator Ramsay Health Care. This transition to SMHS will occur in August 2024. Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays and treatment areas. Transitioning the hospital to public hands paves the way for the hospital’s redevelopment and service transformation to meet the needs of the Peel-Murray region.
The Patient Support Services Supervisor is responsible for the daily staff supervision including training and mentoring of Patient Support Assistants and Cleaners. They coordinate the Patient Support Service activities, while ensuring service quality control and ensure that staff perform their duties safely and to the required standard.
