The Purpose:
As a Payment Operations Analyst your primary responsibility is to service our Members & Participants by responding to their daily requests via phone and email and continually looking to improve and optimise operational processes. You'll do this by gaining a solid understanding of all AP+ products, services, rules and operating procedures, as well as operational processes to support our Members and Participants and ensure an optimal and positive customer experience.
Our Payments Operations Analysts team provide operational & analytical support and co-ordination within the wider Payments & Schemes Operations & Delivery Team as well as supporting key strategic activities across other parts of the AP+ organisation.
The Payment Operations Team are the first line of contact for the external commercial partners and play a key role in managing key relationships at an operational level.
The skills & knowledge you need to have:
- Proven Customer Operations experience within the payments, finance or insurance industry
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take a proactive approach to identify opportunities / best practices that deliver to our customer needs
- Proven track record in improving processes or systems
- Proficient and adaptable to utilising technology services.
