As a result of the continued growth of our client base, we're on the hunt for the next talented individual to join our Bespoke crew.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and use their initiative to assist in achieving our combined goals. Flexibility is at the core of everything we offer at Bespoke Payroll, from our clients, packages and even through to our staff. As such, we encourage flexible working arrangements with ‘Work from Home’ the preferred engagement. This role would suit anyone looking for a part-time role between 15-30hrs per week.
Your time will be spread between payroll processing, system implementations and training for our new clients, with no two days the same. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career in project management, systems training, payroll processing or account management.
We're looking for the right fit - our ideal candidate should have:
- A high attention to detail
- Experience in processing payroll and/or account management
- The ability to assist in interpreting modern awards and conditions
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent time management skills - the ability to work to routine deadlines
- Prior experience using Keypay/Employment Hero Payroll is a bonus
- Experience with system implementations and training
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
