The Role:
As Food and Beveridge Operations Manager with this known Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless event execution and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your restaurant day in day out
- Training and guiding staff on the sequence of service to maintain consistency and quality.
- Overseeing the smooth running of shifts and conducting pre-shift briefings to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Driving profitability throughout Food and Beveridge.
- Ability to take direction and feedback.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated understanding or willingness to learn about stock levels and inventory management.
- Great presentation and professionalism, reflecting the values of the company.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and kitchen team members.
- Willingness to listen and learn.
- Previous experience in Assistant Manaing or managing in Hospitality.
