This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that will see you:
Ensuring accurate payroll processing and supporting managers with rostering
Providing support to various HR functions, including HRBP, H&S Advisor, and HR Manager ANZ
Managing workforce management software, time and attendance, and payroll systems
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
Handling general HR admin tasks
This is an ideal opportunity for a person with prior experience in payroll, who wants to take the next step in their career. You do need to be a whizz on Excel (pivot tables, import/export data for analysis); Word templates & mail merge and Outlook.
You will also need a basic understanding of Enterprise Agreement interpretation, awards and HR/payroll related documents and legislation. Experience with EPG payroll service and Workday HCM would be highly regarded.
Your organisational skills are second to none and you thrive in a role where you can be self managing.
