SalaryWe are partnering with a food manufacturing company to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator (Specialist) . This is a stand-alone payroll position reporting directly to the VP of Finance. The job location is in Richmond Hill . Main Responsibilities:Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll as well as payroll reconciliation;
Act as the key contact for the system (UKG) when it comes to system inquiries, set-up and changes;
Prepare monthly reporting, review and process insurance billing as well as assist with payroll-related aspects of the annual financial audit;
Responsible for month-end and year-end processing;
Benefits administration including processing new enrolments, updates as well as terminations;
