About the Role
This full-time position is located at our head office in Stapylton, QLD. We are seeking an experienced payroll and Finance Assistant to join our busy team. You will be a supportive team member who can process accurate payment of salaries and wages, in addition to supporting the wider finance team with a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing – weekly & fortnightly.
- All payroll administration including quarter end superannuation, year-end processing and reporting as required.
- Accounts Payable for subsidiary business.
- Business card administration.
- Administration and monitoring of purchase order system.
- General Ledger duties including bank reconciliations and other ad-hoc items.
- Weekly & monthly stock reporting.
- Assistance with month- and year-end processing.
- General administration support, including cover for other team members during leave.
About You
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience of payroll.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer/Excel abilities.
- Organised and highly motivated with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a high level of pride in your work.
- High level of self-management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
