Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the payroll processing.
- Upholding compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Leveraging your expertise in EBA and award interpretation to ensure accurate payroll for our employees.
- Managing employee termination processes with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing with a robust understanding of legislation and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply EBA and award conditions to payroll.
- Experience in managing employee terminations with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to policies.
- Strong knowledge of superannuation calculations and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with large payroll systems in dynamic, high-volume environments (Micropay experience not required).
