Due to an increase in demand, the payroll division is looking for an experienced and committed payroll professional to join the team.
About the Role
With an emphasis on cross training and collective working, you will gain insights and knowledge across entire organisation. The team you’ll be joining is one that encourages knowledge sharing and supporting one another. An expert payroll function, they have well tested and embedded payroll processes which will help in your training and being able to add value as soon as possible. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Review and approve various payroll transactions and amendments
• Calculate and manage payroll adjustments, overtime and terminations
• Contribute to ongoing process and system improvement
• Support in month end reconciliations
• Provide helpful and engaging customer service
• Troubleshooting and solving complex or sensitive issues
• Effectively contribute to maintaining a high level of accuracy and standard of operating

About You

• Be a strong team player. Having the desire to work together to achieve an outcome, correctly and on-time.
• You will have over 3 years payroll experience, ideally in a medium to large enterprise
• Exposure to routine account and payment reconciliations and analysis is highly desirable
• A strong willingness to learn and to apply yourself
• Be able to prioritise and work towards deadlines
• Enjoy tackling complex issues
