Qualifications & experience
- Relevant experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Excel.
- Possess a broad range of administration skills, attention to detail, exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Meet deadlines and communicate delays/issues in advance of deadline. Respond positively and quickly to requests.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills and express opinions clearly and logically.
- Develop positive, professional relationships internally and externally.
- Willingness to help others, demonstrate initiative, is honest and trustworthy.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Attend to updating the MYOB files for all bank transactions and keep this up to date.
- Attend to payroll, including processing of wages and superannuation.
- Upload supplier invoices into relevant software platforms.
- Manage payments for all supplier invoices, including bank uploads.
- Account Reconciliations including bank/loan/credit card/hire purchase payments, preparation of supporting workpapers and reconciliations for balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
- Document collating, checking and inputting of customer invoices.
- Preparation of BAS's.
- Asset Management.
- Manage and report on leave entitlements and balances.
