We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our successful team on a full-time basis. The role will start as a support to the current Payroll Officers while learning the end to end payroll process.
The Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Team Lead who will provide ongoing support, you will be responsible for chasing timesheets, entering bank details, data entry, dealing with queries and various other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Chasing timesheets from candidates and clients
- Entering data into our Recruitment software - Fast Track
- Liaising with staff, clients and management in regards to all payroll related enquiries
- Identify and recommend continuous system and process improvements
- General admin duties and entering data
