The Role and Responsibilities
This role supports the Payroll Manager in providing high quality payroll services. This role is part of a dedicated and experienced team that is tasked with providing accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing;
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies;
- Onboarding and Off-boarding;
- Handle payroll enquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally;
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency; and
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Candidate
Within the context of the role described, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following expertise:
- Experience using large ERP systems;
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to organise, prioritise daily duties and multi-task; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
