The Opportunity:
This role is reporting to the Payroll Manager and is responsible for the processing and coordination of Bingo's weekly pay run, ensuring on-time and accurate pay and compliant pay practices are administered across the group. Responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with business leads for the processing, payment and maintenance of all payroll related records in Success Factors
- Ensure all payroll deadlines are adhered to and pay is disbursed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the integrity of payroll data, ensuring all changes have appropriate documentation and comply with policies, award and legislation
- Ensure all time and attendance information has been received and processed in the system
- Assist in the monthly superannuation payments
- Respond to payroll queries in an informative and friendly manner
- Facilitate hire, reclassification and terminations of employees
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an end to end payroll position
- Success Factors experience is highly regarded (EC and ECP)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast paced environment
