Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Payroll Officer to join our supportive and friendly team. You will enjoy the variety of this fast-paced role, assisting the Payroll Team in the processing of multi-client payrolls for our labour hire division. Starting immediately, the role is full-time Monday to Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll for a portfolio of clients
- Interpreting and applying various Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Manage daily work allocation to deadlines
- Daily management of payroll inbox queries
- Answering and resolving payroll queries
- General Administration duties as required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll processing within a medium/large sized payroll environment
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Process, task, and completion orientated
- Proactive and “can do” attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
