Job Description
Ensure accurate payroll processing and consistency across operations, proposing enhancements for efficiency. Key duties:
Prompt processing of weekly/fortnightly payroll.
Accurate handling of payroll requests, such as new hires and changes.
End-of-month reporting, reconciliation, and payments.
Identification of automation opportunities to streamline processes.
Oversight of venue-specific payroll functions, including employee onboarding and tax reconciliations.
General responsibilities:
Stay updated on compliance and industry trends.
Adhere to departmental policies and quality standards.
Contribute to identifying client needs.
Maintain professional relationships.
Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in Payroll Services delivery.
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and superannuation.
Familiarity with Micropay software would be highly valued.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with accounting processes.
Ability to effectively engage with all levels of management and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
