The role & team
Specsavers has a warm, supportive, and friendly Payroll team of seventeen, based in Port Melbourne. This team is part of the wider People & Organisation team of over forty which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Reception departments.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term role reporting to the National Payroll Manager where you will be apart of a project team rolling out a new payroll system to our stores.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a high-volume payroll environment
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer focused
- ADP/Kronos experience is highly desirable but not essential
