All training will be provided. This position can transition from temporary to permanent.
This position is part-time. Work days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Start times are flexible and can start from 6:30am.
Your new role
As the Payroll Officer you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of
payroll for our 200 plus employees.
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll administration, including but not limited to:
- Processing of weekly payroll for employees via Jobpac
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports
- Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Immediate start
