Payroll Officer

Payroll Officer opportunity for large Western Sydney organisation

Your new company 

You will be utilising your payroll skills to assist an innovative, large payroll team for a leading service company that is expanding their payroll team.  The office culture pride themselves on being collaborative, mentoring and friendly. If, at that stage in your payroll career, you are ready to advance your knowledge as well as manage your own portfolio payrun for complex awards, then this role holds potential and advancement. 50:50 split work from home flexibility. Close to all major public transport lines in Western Sydney.

Your new role 

• The organisation consists of 80+ entities. You will be managing end to end payruns fortnightly for a cluster of these entities.
• EBA reviews
• Answering emails and queries from the business – professional and timely
• Month-end reporting
• Payroll tax, superannuation processes
• Leave, timesheeting processes
• Assist with adhoc duties of new Payroll ERP and HRIS implementation

What you'll need to succeed 

• Knowledge with complex EBA processes
• Exposure to major ERPs
• Experience with T&A system 
• Be Solutions driven
• Microsoft Excel & Pivot table experience 
• Great customer service skills
