Job Assist is a solutions company located in Carrum Downs and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance/Payroll Officer to join our team. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance and payroll processes for our diverse range of clients, including but not limited to:
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Processing payroll for a range of clients and industries
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Managing compliance with taxation and other statutory requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- A relevant qualification as a BAS agent desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance/payroll role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and software (MYOB, Xero, etc.)
