Job Description
Your main job duties will include:
Process payroll on a monthly and fortnightly basis, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and long service leave.
Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy.
Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of stand-alone or full function payroll experience, preferably of up to 150 employees. They will have great attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and have great organisational skills.
