AddressPart Time Payroll Officer (15 hours pw) – IXL Group
IXL Group is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This is a pivotal role within the financial operations team responsible for end to end payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, exceptional numerical skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities –
- Timely and accurate processing of the IXL monthly and fortnightly payroll
- Maintain payroll records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality
- Conduct accurate reporting on payroll-related issues
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct month-end and year end processing functions
- Provide general administration support as needed
Ideal Candidate –
- Has experience in payroll processing and administration
- Possesses strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is proficient in payroll software and MS Office (Access Microsoft an advantage)
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Strong numerical skills
- End to end payroll experience is a must
